Existing algorithmic evidence:A101–A112 only complete analytical synthesis spot and controlled geometry verification; see laser_spot_benchmark.json
Light point extraction can only be used as an observation front-end, and core capabilities such as three-dimensional reconstruction, closed-loop control, wavefront or physical quantity inversion need to be developed and verified separately.
Gaps in this scenario:Particle correlation/dynamics/blur compensation needs to be added; the particle image is migrated by the positioning algorithm and cannot be used as the center of the original laser beam. The trap stiffness requires exposure compensation and dynamic calibration. Particle image positioning is an algorithm migration and the image model must be re-verified.
Route-level gaps:Particle correlation/dynamics/blur compensation needs to be added; the particle image is migrated by the positioning algorithm and cannot be used as the center of the original laser beam
"New cores required" only describes the relative development volume and does not constitute a commitment to accuracy, tempo, stability or delivery time.
Microspheres are driven by a displacement stage and tested with independent trajectory marking, and reference fluid/force calibration is used for physical property inversion. Microsphere stage, microscopic ruler and independent positioning reference
