Need to add new core

Three-dimensional registration front end of hatch positioning target

Facing the aircraft door assembly frame, using lattice three-dimensional positioning as the observation route, multi-viewpoint correspondence is planned to be output. The page is for project evaluation and does not mean that the development has been completed or has been accepted on site.

Current capabilities and capabilities to be supplemented

Need to add new core

Need to add core computing

Light point extraction can only be used as an observation front-end, and core capabilities such as three-dimensional reconstruction, closed-loop control, wavefront or physical quantity inversion need to be developed and verified separately.

Gaps in this scenario:Three-dimensional correspondence, PnP/triangulation, SE(3) external parameters and hand-eye calibration need to be added; A42 is only two-dimensional. Requires SE(3) and full space calibration. It is only used for manufacturing measurement and testing, and does not directly bear the responsibility for operational safety judgments.

Route-level gaps:Three-dimensional correspondence, PnP/triangulation, SE(3) external parameters and hand-eye calibration need to be added; A42 is only two-dimensional

"New cores required" only describes the relative development volume and does not constitute a commitment to accuracy, tempo, stability or delivery time.

Verification methods and acceptance prerequisites

Test occlusion, symmetry and degraded poses against a 3D/robot or 6DOF reference platform. Special gauge, three-coordinate or standard motion table cross test
