View original public information →Facing the thermal pad assembly, the differential measurement of both sides/reference surface is used as the observation route, and the differential thickness of the reference surface is intended to be output. The page is for project evaluation and does not mean that the development has been completed or has been accepted on site.
Synchronized bilateral point displacement heads, or single head with a known stable reference plane. Fixed baseline point laser receiving head and calibration Z platform
Synchronous bilateral point displacement heads, or single head with a known stable reference surface
Existing algorithmic evidence:A101–A112 only complete analytical synthesis spot and controlled geometry verification; see laser_spot_benchmark.json
The light point detection front-end or timing statistics module can be reused, but the project still needs to add geometric calibration, time synchronization, motion compensation or equipment system integration.
Gaps in this scenario:Point laser distance calibration, collinearity/synchronization and reference spacing models on both sides are required; the height of a single point is not directly equal to the thickness. Compression rebound and substrate warpage need to be recorded simultaneously. The surface reflection of the actual machine and the small measuring range determine whether the effective point can be collected.
Route-level gaps:Point laser distance calibration, collinearity/synchronization and reference spacing models on both sides are required; the height of a single point is not directly equal to the thickness
"Partially reusable" only describes the relative development volume and does not constitute a commitment to accuracy, tempo, stability or delivery time.
Use standard thick slices and warped samples to compare, and change the inclination angle and motion phase to check the differential error. Gauge block, microscopic height gauge and independent assembly sample comparison
