Application plan for shaft and roller surface runout and repetitive motion analysis

This solution uses angle or action period synchronized laser displacement/light point observation as input to record jumps, returns and low-frequency change trends in specified directions.

Current status:Application plan, no customer on-site acceptance record has been formed

Tasks and image input

Shaft deflection, surface texture, lost coding and sampling aliasing may be mixed into the measurement curve, and looking smooth after filtering does not mean that the error has been eliminated.

Input data: distance calibrated point data or rotating section, angle encoding/action time, reference axis information and multi-turn repeated data; when there is only a light point on the image surface, its observation component is clear.

Algorithm processing and output

Valid point inspection→Time/angle correspondence→Separation of reference and rigid body motion→Periodic curve, peak and valley and repeatability.

Output results: specified directional displacement, angular synchronization curve, peak-to-trough difference, repeatability and invalid area; no formal roundness or bearing fault category output by default.

Implementation and verification

Adapt synchronization, raw data and trend reporting based on target selection point distance, rotated profile or target observation version.

Verification method: Compare with the independent displacement meter and reference turntable/roundness meter at the same angular position to verify the displacement error, angle pairing and effective dynamic bandwidth respectively.

Applicable boundaries and existing basis

The camera acquisition frame rate is not equal to the measurement bandwidth; this solution does not replace laser Doppler vibration measurement or equipment safety monitoring.

The timing and point basis can be reused, but there is no product acceptance conclusion for point distance/rotation fusion and actual dynamic performance.

Corresponding algorithm:laser spot displacement and bilateral thickness measurement algorithm development;Laser target alignment and motion trend analysis algorithm。

Enterprise project promotion and acceptance

  1. scope confirmationClarify the objects, workstations, inputs, outputs, units, interfaces and abnormal conditions that must be covered.
  2. Sample verificationUse representative normal and abnormal samples to establish a baseline and record what works, what fails, and data gaps.
  3. Development joint debuggingComplete the algorithm, calibration, interface and equipment adaptation according to the approved scope, and retain the version, parameters and abnormal status.
  4. Item acceptanceUse independent samples and reference value retests to confirm errors, detection, tempo, stability and deliverables respectively.
