Project Judgment Summary
Page natureEnterprise application plan, no customer on-site acceptance record has been formed
imaging inputlaser line scan
main outputOuter envelope length, width and height, envelope volume, coverage integrity and abnormal status
Prerequisites for implementationTransport positions, complete contour coverage, reference planes, occlusion rules and reference dimensions
Current status:Application plan, no customer on-site acceptance record has been formed
Algorithm processing and output
Synchronized height map → conveyor surface subtraction → target separation/attitude → envelope size and integrity check.
Output results: length, width and height, agreed outer envelope volume, coverage rate and pending review status; internal cargo volume or net package volume is not calculated.
Implementation and verification
Adapt coding fusion, separation and size interfaces according to one conveying condition, and keep workpiece correspondence and abnormal records.
Verification method: Compare with standard size parts and independent measuring tools, and count the size/volume error, package rejection and complete scan rate respectively.
Applicable boundaries and existing basis
Transparent or black glossy packaging, band surface runout and target missing scans need to be verified with real samples; missing boundaries cannot be given a valid envelope by default.
Beyond the existing base modules, full delivery sync, envelope and live beats still need to be developed and validated.
Corresponding algorithm:Laser line scanning topography and surface geometry analysis algorithm。
