Development and delivery process

    Target dimensions, sensor specifications, working distance, depth of field and mounting interface.

  2. Design and implementation

    Select lenses and filters for the sensor, field of view, working distance and installation conditions, defining imaging and mechanical adaptation for the equipment.

  3. Integration and validation

    Check field of view, depth of field, distortion and edge sharpness under the existing imaging conditions, recording focus and mounting position.

  4. Versioned delivery and handover

    Lens selection table, mounting adaptation, parameter records and target images.

Inputs for project assessment

Target dimensions, sensor specifications, working distance, depth of field and mounting interface.

Also describe the current equipment, intended changes, available test environment and acceptance owner. Share drawings, SDKs and samples through the agreed confidential process.

Deliverables and version records

At project kickoff, agree prototype quantities, source-file scope, build environment, third-party components and handover method. Deliverables identify their hardware and software revisions for maintenance and future changes.
