Non-contact thickness measurement on both sides of gasket

For precision gaskets, the differential measurement of both sides/reference surface is used as the observation route, and the thickness distribution sampling is planned to be output. The page is for project evaluation and does not mean that the development has been completed or has been accepted on site.

Current capabilities and capabilities to be supplemented

Partially reusable

Requires calibration, synchronization or integration

The light point detection front-end or timing statistics module can be reused, but the project still needs to add geometric calibration, time synchronization, motion compensation or equipment system integration.

Gaps in this scenario:Point laser distance calibration, collinearity/synchronization and reference spacing models on both sides are required; the height of a single point is not directly equal to the thickness. Clamping bends and burrs need to be reviewed. It is necessary to complete the definition of datum and tolerance before judging OK/NG.

Route-level gaps:Point laser distance calibration, collinearity/synchronization and reference spacing models on both sides are required; the height of a single point is not directly equal to the thickness

"Partially reusable" only describes the relative development volume and does not constitute a commitment to accuracy, tempo, stability or delivery time.

Verification methods and acceptance prerequisites

Use standard thick slices and warped samples to compare, and change the inclination angle and motion phase to check the differential error. Independent control of gauge block, profiler or three coordinates
