Need to add new core

Alignment of both sides of the laser reference

Facing the binocular camera bracket, using the lattice three-dimensional positioning as the observation route, it is planned to output the corresponding observation points of the two cameras. The page is for project evaluation and does not mean that the development has been completed or has been accepted on site.

Business tasks and intended output

target audience
Binocular camera bracket: dot matrix three-dimensional positioning
pseudo output
Correspondence between two camera observation points
Applicable conditions
Binocular external parameters and spatial targets still require three-dimensional solutions
priority
Special development. The measurement/control core needs to be supplemented and verified according to the special project approval

Imaging input and algorithm routing

Imaging and device conditions

Numbered projection points or targets, multi-view/known target geometry, and camera calibration. Collimated lasers, imaging/projection targets and fixtures

POSE·lattice three-dimensional positioning

Numbered projection points or targets, multi-view/known target geometry and camera calibration

  • A39Multi-view checkerboard camera calibration
  • A40Image and point dedistortion
  • A102Multi-laser spot connected domain candidate extraction
  • A108One-to-one matching of multi-laser spot reference bits

Current capabilities and capabilities to be supplemented

Need to add new core

Need to add core computing

Light point extraction can only be used as an observation front-end, and core capabilities such as three-dimensional reconstruction, closed-loop control, wavefront or physical quantity inversion need to be developed and verified separately.

Gaps in this scenario:Three-dimensional correspondence, PnP/triangulation, SE(3) external parameters and hand-eye calibration need to be added; A42 is only two-dimensional. Binocular external parameters and spatial targets still need to be solved in three dimensions. Laser spots used for testing do not represent full image quality

Route-level gaps:Three-dimensional correspondence, PnP/triangulation, SE(3) external parameters and hand-eye calibration need to be added; A42 is only two-dimensional

"New cores required" only describes the relative development volume and does not constitute a commitment to accuracy, tempo, stability or delivery time.

Verification methods and acceptance prerequisites

Test occlusion, symmetry and degraded poses against a 3D/robot or 6DOF reference platform. Standard image plane, angle table and imaging test chart are separately accepted
