For Equipment Manufacturers and Enterprise R&D Teams

Computational Imaging and Scientific Instrument Integration Development

Combine existing light field, holographic, microscopy, spectroscopic and angle measurement systems from customers or suppliers to develop acquisition control, reconstruction analysis, calibration and research data software.

Equipment Projects and Development Scope

The following projects can be broken down into visual subsystems or complete machine prototypes within an agreed range. First confirm the existing core components, samples and target outputs, and then determine the development content of circuits, controls, structures, algorithms and software.

Information Required for Technical Assessment

Please provide equipment usage, existing system and interface information, representative raw data, expected output, reference measurement or manual interpretation results. When mechanisms, process systems or professional optical machines are involved, supplier information and joint debugging conditions will also be provided.

The development proposal identifies the work assigned to JIVISION, the systems supplied by the customer or vendors, and the agreed scope of source code, design files and prototypes.

Responsibilities and Deliverables

Development StageDeliverablesItems to Confirm
Requirements and system interfacesEquipment tasks, inputs and outputs, interfaces and test requirementsScope of responsibility for customer's existing systems and supplier components
Design and software developmentAgreed circuitry, structure, firmware, algorithm or applicationActual design scope, source file rights and third-party licenses
Prototype and engineering joint debuggingAgreed configured prototype, parameters, construction and installation informationNumber of prototypes, institutional conditions and on-site joint debugging arrangements
Validation and technical handoverConfiguration list, test records, problem handling and usage instructionsReference methods, judgment standards and subsequent maintenance scope

Verification and Acceptance

Review the raw data, instrument response, physical model and reference samples before agreeing which quantities can be reconstructed, fitted or measured. Report model residuals separately from measurement errors. Responsibilities for specialist optomechanical and excitation systems are agreed separately.

Define the samples, target configuration, reference values, operating conditions and acceptance method before testing. Retain normal results, failure cases, version information, known limitations and retest records in the delivery documentation.

Enterprise Project Questions

With only off-the-shelf instruments or cameras, can software and interface development be commissioned?

A project can be limited to acquisition, control interfaces, algorithms or application software for an existing device. Provide the model, protocol or SDK, sample data and access rights so that the available functions can be checked first.

Does device development include all mechanical, optical and manufacturing work?

The project documents define each development responsibility. Precision motion, specialist optics, excitation, radiation sources and other core systems may be supplied by the customer or a specialist vendor. Prototype development and volume manufacturing are agreed separately.

How Are Acceptance Criteria Defined for These Equipment Projects?

Review the raw data, instrument response, physical model and reference samples before agreeing which quantities can be reconstructed, fitted or measured. Report model residuals separately from measurement errors. Responsibilities for specialist optomechanical and excitation systems are agreed separately.

Can design materials and maintainable source code be delivered at the same time?

Agree which circuit files, mechanical drawings, firmware, algorithms, software and build instructions will be delivered during requirements definition. Check third-party licenses and define delivery rights and scope in the project documents.
