Laser module optical axis offset and locking return detection application plan
This solution is geared towards laser module and lens frame assembly and adjustment. It takes light point images before and after locking, warm state or reassembly as input, compares the center offset and return repeatability, and retains verifiable image and coordinate records.
Project Judgment Summary
Tasks and image input
Manual observation can reveal obvious offsets, but it is difficult to distinguish between locking movement, light source drift and bracket changes, and it is also inconvenient to compare different clamping rounds.
Input data: continuous original frames of a fixed reference target surface, with exposure, temperature, operating status and clamping rounds. The target and reference must be independent and stable and cannot move together with the piece to be tested.
Algorithm processing and output
Image quality inspection → light spot positioning → reference coordinate calibration → grouping by locking/reinstallation status → center difference and repeatability statistics.
Output results: target XY offset, original trajectory, return scatter, and saturation/occlusion/no point mark; angle conversion requires additional reflection geometry.
Implementation and verification
Adaptation collection or offline playback, status labels, calibration configurations and before and after comparison reports; the target camera, platform and working conditions are subject to separate acceptance.
Verification method: The target surface displacement is compared with a two-dimensional displacement stage or an independent mechanical reference; if the angle is output, an autocollimator is used for verification. Error, repeatability, invalid frame rate and latency are respectively agreed upon.
Applicable boundaries and existing basis
The target surface deviation does not directly prove the change of the complete three-dimensional optical axis; it does not replace the numerical results with displayed decimal places or smooth curves.
Point positioning, beam shape and repeatability are verified by synthetic/controlled input; the installation prototype and on-site effect of this solution have not yet been verified.
Corresponding algorithm:Laser spot positioning and beam profile analysis algorithm;Laser target alignment and motion trend analysis algorithm。
Enterprise project promotion and acceptance
- scope confirmationClarify the objects, workstations, inputs, outputs, units, interfaces and abnormal conditions that must be covered.
- Sample verificationUse representative normal and abnormal samples to establish a baseline and record what works, what fails, and data gaps.
- Development joint debuggingComplete the algorithm, calibration, interface and equipment adaptation according to the approved scope, and retain the version, parameters and abnormal status.
- Item acceptanceUse independent samples and reference value retests to confirm errors, detection, tempo, stability and deliverables respectively.
