Galvanometer scanning field two-dimensional calibration and return difference analysis application plan
This solution corresponds the galvanometer command to the actual laser landing point on the fixed working surface, generates a two-dimensional mapping and residual map, and uses independent set aside points and two-way trajectories to evaluate the workplace error.
Project Judgment Summary
Tasks and image input
Looking at only a few center points or calibrating fit errors does not account for the consistency of field edges, thermal states, and round-trip scans.
Input data: calibration grid, command and image points, independent set-out points, two-way repeating trajectory and temperature/working distance records.
Algorithm processing and output
Light point positioning → working surface coordinate correspondence → two-dimensional mapping fitting → leaving inspection → head-to-head or round-trip travel difference.
Output results: mapping parameters, full-field residuals, maximum error location, return difference and applicable working surface description.
Implementation and verification
Delivery of acquisition/calibration interface, reserved data, residual report and re-calibration rules; writing back to the galvanometer controller is not included by default.
Verification method: Verify the remaining points with independent position reference, and count them separately according to edge, two-way, hot state and repeated clamping. You cannot only report the training point residuals.
Applicable boundaries and existing basis
Two-dimensional working surface calibration does not cover any height or three-dimensional processing; the lens, installation and working distance need to be reviewed after changes.
The two-dimensional polynomial mapping has been verified with controlled geometry; on-site calibration, equipment delay and controller access are still to be completed.
Corresponding algorithm:Laser dot matrix detection and two-dimensional calibration algorithm。
Enterprise project promotion and acceptance
- scope confirmationClarify the objects, workstations, inputs, outputs, units, interfaces and abnormal conditions that must be covered.
- Sample verificationUse representative normal and abnormal samples to establish a baseline and record what works, what fails, and data gaps.
- Development joint debuggingComplete the algorithm, calibration, interface and equipment adaptation according to the approved scope, and retain the version, parameters and abnormal status.
- Item acceptanceUse independent samples and reference value retests to confirm errors, detection, tempo, stability and deliverables respectively.
