Synchronized bilateral point displacement heads, or single head with a known stable reference plane. Point laser and code scanning, reflection suppression and fixture reference
Synchronous bilateral point displacement heads, or single head with a known stable reference surface
Existing algorithmic evidence:A101–A112 only complete analytical synthesis spot and controlled geometry verification; see laser_spot_benchmark.json
The light point detection front-end or timing statistics module can be reused, but the project still needs to add geometric calibration, time synchronization, motion compensation or equipment system integration.
Gaps in this scenario:Point laser distance calibration, collinearity/synchronization and reference spacing models on both sides are required; the height of a single point is not directly equal to the thickness. The collinearity of the upper and lower points and the vibration of the strip need to be compensated. The scan only obtains the visible surface and cannot identify the internal tissue
Route-level gaps:Point laser distance calibration, collinearity/synchronization and reference spacing models on both sides are required; the height of a single point is not directly equal to the thickness
"Partially reusable" only describes the relative development volume and does not constitute a commitment to accuracy, tempo, stability or delivery time.
Use standard thick slices and warped samples to compare, and change the inclination angle and motion phase to check the differential error. Three-dimensional coordinates, standard steps and artificial defect position comparison
