Evaluation case of vehicle fixed-point unloading and authorized pick-up monitoring scheme in intelligent unloading area

Program conclusion

Safety management and control of fixed unloading areas requires the combination of vehicle location, actual unloading actions, personnel identity and current task authority, personnel-cargo relationship and outward cross-border process into a complete event.

Three types of core events

E1: The vehicle is outside the allowed area and the actual unloading action is established.
E2: The person has taken the goods, but the identity, task, area or time permissions do not meet the requirements, or the identity cannot be confirmed.
E3: People and goods maintain stable relationships and span formal boundaries from within the region outwards.

Engineering plan

It is recommended to configure 2 to 4 cameras at a single point according to vehicle panorama, unloading actions, boundaries between people and goods, and identity collection. DeepStream can undertake basic capabilities such as hardware decoding, inference, tracking, ROI and line crossing; unloading actions, personnel-cargo association and dynamic authorization require project customization.

Validation boundaries

This content is a solution evaluation case, not a completed deployment. The accuracy, delay, number of concurrent channels, device model and alarm threshold must be frozen through PoC after obtaining real field data. Face is not the only authorization method, it can be combined with work badges, access cards, QR codes, work orders or manual review.
