Specialized laser imaging solution algorithm development services

Specialized laser imaging solution algorithm development services are geared toward tasks beyond the general spot, lattice, or stripe front end, such as in-circuit geometry, wavefront readout, refraction/diffraction parameters, or robot spatial calibration. The project first clarifies the known quantities, the quantities to be determined, and independent references, and then decides whether the image observations are sufficient to support the solution.

Process tasks and input

A light spot or laser line is just observational data. Without a dedicated geometric/physical model, the same image change may correspond to multiple causes, and it cannot be directly claimed to have obtained force, pressure, concentration, wavefront or spatial pose.

Input requirements: complete optical path/coordinate/time definition, special reference parts or instruments, original observations, parameter identifiable conditions and acceptance range.

Observability and identifiability assessmentStart by identifying which parameters can be distinguished from existing point/line data and which also require attitude, payload, wavelength or other known references.Evaluation according to special light path
Dedicated solver core developmentModels such as light cone, wavefront integration, Snell/grating, structural mechanics, or SE(3) are implemented on a project-by-project basis; unverified universal coefficients are not shared between different tasks.Special core to be developed
Layered verificationVerify the image front-end, geometric/physical model and final business output respectively, and retain the residuals and failure samples of each layer.Hierarchical verification based on actual input

Applicable conditions and boundaries

Applicable tasks: research instruments with clear optical paths and independent references, special geometric detection and spatial calibration projects.

It is not sold as a ready-made wavefront instrument, universal force sensor, robot calibration system or closed-loop beam stabilization product; the circular line cannot be directly applied to a single laser plane, and the two-dimensional calibration cannot be renamed as spatial calibration.

Verification basis and delivery scope

Existing point/line observations and part of the geometric foundation can be reused, but the dedicated physical inversion, spatial solution and control core have not formed product domain verification for the above tasks.

Adopt the process of scope confirmation, feasibility verification, special implementation and independent acceptance. When it is not feasible or the evidence is insufficient, the reasons and boundaries are delivered and will not be automatically transferred to full implementation.

Requirement confirmation information: Provide optical path and mechanism diagrams, known quantities/quantities to be determined, original data, reference instruments or standard parts, working conditions and final error requirements.

FAQ

Can the existing light point positioning algorithm be directly transformed into a wavefront or mechanical algorithm?

Only the observation front end can be reused. Models such as slope, wavefront integration or structural stiffness still need to be built and verified individually.

Are any laser tasks guaranteed to be achieved?

Cannot be preset. Observability, optical paths, materials, and reference data will determine whether the current scope is feasible.

Operating license and ongoing service scope seeDevice Algorithm Authorization and Annual Service Description. The specific delivery scope, equipment quantity and third-party licenses are confirmed in the project.

Enterprise project promotion and acceptance

  1. scope confirmationClarify the objects, workstations, inputs, outputs, units, interfaces and abnormal conditions that must be covered.
  2. Sample verificationUse representative normal and abnormal samples to establish a baseline and record what works, what fails, and data gaps.
  3. Development joint debuggingComplete the algorithm, calibration, interface and equipment adaptation according to the approved scope, and retain the version, parameters and abnormal status.
  4. Item acceptanceUse independent samples and reference value retests to confirm errors, detection, tempo, stability and deliverables respectively.
