A video platform deployed on local devices must associate video sources, processing results, events and retained evidence. This article describes a proposed design. Equipment compatibility, concurrent capacity, recording completeness and sustained operation still require verification on target devices and workloads.

Check evidence availability separately from event association
Use stable identifiers to associate sources, events, model and configuration versions, and stored files. Check that referenced images or video exist, are readable and match the required time range. An event identifier alone is insufficient evidence that a recording was saved.
Define capacity and failure policies separately
Specify concurrent channels, models, clients, recording and playback tasks. Define states and actions for full queues, timeouts, input loss and insufficient disk space. Old images or results must not appear as new outputs. Confirm retention policies against business requirements.
Pilot, accept and hand over
Start with a small trial project using fixed video inputs. Then verify the agreed combinations of concurrent tasks and the recovery process. Retain separate preview, processing, event, recording and playback records. Deliverables may include configuration, APIs, deployment and operations instructions, agreed source code, test records and outstanding items. Handle third-party libraries and protocol integrations under their actual licences and verified scope.
